Vivid Advisory was established by Lisl Pullinger and focuses on Sustainability, Social Performance, Land Access, Resettlement and Restrictions (LARR), Livelihood Restoration and Communication advisory work in the extractive industry in Southern Africa. 

Vivid's influence as a sustainability and communication consultancy stretch the Southern African continent to  livelihoods and adult literacy and Lualaba province in Democratic Republic of Congo, groundwater for marginalised communities in Zimbabwe, self-sustainability for NGOs in Limpopo, resettlement risk in Tanzania and implementation of social performance management systems in Botswana.

Lisl and Peter Pullinger form the management team at Vivid Advisory.  Lisl is a seasoned corporate consultant specializing in strategic advisory to mining companies on social performance and Sustainability matters. Peter, a chartered accountant with 20 years of experience in agriculture in developing contexts serves as Vivid's Chief Financial Officer and Socio-economic Development and Livelihoods Advisor with a special interest in resettlement and livelihood restoration. 

Vivid operates on an associate model, which enables us to bring the best team to  projects. Our associates consist of a small core team, passionate professionals with vision aligned to our own. Our associates and partners are some of the most seasoned sustainability and communications consultants on the African continent, brining years of collective experience to our clients.
